The Village Baxter Manor is a 64 bed facility providing high care and ageing in place accommodation services for our residents.

We currently have various casual and part-time shifts (day & afternoon including weekends) available for suitably qualified Personal Care Workers in our facility. Experience in the aged care sector and knowledge of Aged Care Standards is essential.

The successful applicants will have a commitment to excellence, and an ability to work independently and within a team structure. You must be philosophically aligned with the Village Baxter mission, vision and values, and be able to manage in a constantly changing environment. More general information about the Village is available at www.villagebaxter.com

We are paid weekly; As a Charity we are able offer tax free salary packaging for our staff to improve their wages (staff can package up to $15,900 per year). The Village Baxter offers onsite education programs,  and encourages a family friendly workplace.
