You will have experience working in the aged care sector as a Carer. You are compassionate and you understand the importance of delivering exceptional holistic care.
We are currently recruiting HOME AND COMMUNITY CARE Personal Carers to service our growing clients the following areas - you MUST be willing to travel to and within at TWO of the following municipalities for short shifts of 2 hours and sometimes longer -
- City of Glen Eira
- City of Bayside
- City of Kingston
- City of Port Phillip
- City of Monash
- City of Stonnington
- City of Frankston
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent e.g. Cert III Individual Support, Cert III HACC or nursing qualification or be studying towards one
- Experience in aged care, preferably
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills including the ability to read and interpret care-plans
- MUST HAVE - Current full or probationary drivers’ license and own, reliable vehicle to travel to our clients homes
- Current first aid and CPR or willingness to obtain at own expense
- Current police check
- Covid vaccinations (3 doses) and willingness to obtain an annual flu vaccine
