We offer fast, flexible lending through storefront and online channels and are continuously evolving to stay ahead of this competitive market. Working as part of an open, smart and dedicated group you'll receive coaching, support and the opportunity to learn the latest methods in personal lending.
What you'll do:
build rapport with customers from all walks of life with a friendly and welcoming approach in both in-person encounters and via inbound and outbound calls,
ask discovery questions to provide the right solutions to meet our customer's needs,
make credit assessments based on risk analysis of the customer profile,
use your initiative to think outside the square, working to find ways for the customer to win,
work collaboratively with the lending team and alongside the Lending and Operations Managers.
We are looking for someone with:
experience in a similar role within finance, sales/customer service or call centres, especially with SACC or MACC credit products or with collections experience (although lending is the focus of the role).
a ‘people person’ who strives to exceed their customers’ expectations, can work with a diversity of clients and has strong sales and relationship building skills,
ability to be proactive and work to deadlines with a results-focused attitude and the drive to meet targets,
strong computer skills, accurate data entry and attention to detail,
an energetic and motivated work ethic with the ability to self regulate and self-motivate your workflow.
The position is open in Brisbane (Logan Central). You’ll be based in our wonderful retail environment during regular business hours and may have the ability to work overtime when agreed.
