About you
We are seeking a team player to join our team for a full-time Administration and Sales support role. Ideally, the successful candidate will have great people skills and confidence in solving problems. The ideal candidate must enjoy problem-solving and meeting customer needs over the phone, email and face-to-face.
You will be working closely with our Sales Director and Senior Product Specialist to provide:
- High-quality client service to new and prospective clients
- Full-time phone and email support to a senior staff member
- Customer information collection & reporting within company systems
- Enhance our onboarding experience for new clients
- Assisting in the ongoing customer deployment process including phone calls, emails, reporting, etc
- Working with managers to increase customer satisfaction, referrals & testimonials
- Delivering reports to key team members throughout the company
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members, customers, and managers
- Manage and input data into information systems and spreadsheets
- Attend to client installations and provide onsite support
You need to be able to work full-time with the flexibility to alter your working hours to suit client workloads and have the following attributes:

Communication skills – High level of verbal and written communication skills
Technical skills – Intermediate-to-advanced level computer literacy with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
The remuneration on offer is commensurate with the experience you bring to the role, aimed at attracting a professional, long-term member to join an experienced small team. Experience is not necessary we want to teach and grow long-term team members.
