At our functional fitness and holistic health gym, we're looking for a coach who shares our values and our passion for changing lives.
As a service-based gym, we'll provide you with clients, group classes, and mentorship to help you create your own successful business and brand.
We have a high demand of clients, you will be booked out before you know it!
As a coach at SMA, you'll receive:
- Onboarding training in the Holistic Way, covering movement, nutrition, sleep, and stress
- Weekly mentoring with Co-Owner, Joshua Hardy
- Access to our training app with hundreds of exercise tutorials, programs, and plans
- Instant PT sessions sourced by us
- Weekly group fitness classes
- Freedom to train your own clients at your own rate
- Help in building your own brand and business, online and in-person
- 4 weeks rent-free
- A supportive and growth-focused environment
In addition to coaching, your job role will include:
- Monthly team meetings with personal accountability and social media creation for SMA and your own brand
- Attending monthly SMA community events
- Cleaning and looking after the space
