At Body Shape we absolutely love what we do. Every day we help women transform their lives in a non-intimidating, supportive, fun environment!

Body Shape started as Australia's first female only female fitness centre in 1984. Our centres are specifically designed to cater for the unique needs of women.

We are uniquely female and we care about our staff and clients. Members choose Body Shape because it we provide ongoing support and a friendly female only training environment unlike a large commercial fitness centre. Body Shape is personal, friendly and fun. Our fantastic team of staff make our clients feel welcome and do everything they can to ensure they reach their health and fitness goals as quickly as possible.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help members achieve their health and fitness goals. 
• Delivering WOW through exceptional quality and consistency of service including 1 on 1 personal training, group training sessions and education sessions.
• Building family spirit amongst the team and clientele.
• Sales driven; Willingness to increase clientele through but not limited to prospecting,

• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Qualification requirements:

• Cert III in fitness
• Cert IV in fitness

An attractive remuneration package commensurate with experience including bonus incentives will be offered to the right person.
