We are on the hunt for a dynamic individual who is looking for the opportunity to not only drive their PT business but also learn the fundamentals of running a fitness facility by providing our Club Manager support. This unique role offers the successful candidate the ability to assist the club and drive their PT business without the standard overheads.

The club is just over three years old and is split into 3 sections - cardiovascular/pin-loaded, functional training/group fitness & strength training. The club is located in the heart of Mt Hawthorn on Scarborough Beach rd.

As a Personal Trainer at Snap Fitness Mt Hawthorn you will receive the following:

Your Role as a Personal Trainer:
- Build your own successful Personal Training business within our club
- Provide inductions, consultations & safety orientations to new members
- Run small group functional training classes
- Contribute to and participate in club activities, initiatives & campaigns
Your Role as an Assistant Club Manager:
- Assist the Club Manager in Lead Generation
- Assist the Club Manager in Sales
- Assist the Club Manager in the day to day operations of running a fitness facility
What we require from you is:
- Cert IV or Diploma in Fitness
- Current First Aid & CPR
- ABN & Insurance
- Fitness Australia Registration
- Passion for fitness & helping others achieve their goals
- Strong work ethic & positive attitude
- Drive to grow a successful & sustainable business
- A team player
