About Us: Synergy Performance Institute is a dynamic and vibrant fitness center committed to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. We are currently seeking a passionate and certified Personal Trainer/Group Instructor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging and effective Group Fitness classes, ensuring a motivating and safe environment.
- Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions for clients with diverse fitness levels and goals.
- Develop personalized fitness plans based on individual needs and objectives.
- Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques, and lifestyle choices.
- Keep accurate records of client progress and attendance.
- General Gym upkeep / cleaning.
Qualifications:
- Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.
Availability: This is a casual position, with flexibility required to meet client scheduling needs / group class timetable, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
