Personal Trainer/Assistant Manager - Baldivis & Cockburn

Are you a passionate Personal Trainer looking to expand your skills in business management? SpeedFit Baldivis & Cockburn are on the hunt for a Personal Trainer with the passion and drive to learn and develop management skills, to assist with the day to day management of the Studio.

SpeedFit is one of the most revolutionary fitness franchises in Australia servicing more than 30 locations across four states! SpeedFit combines personal training with EMS technology for an exceptionally effective workout in just 20 minutes per week. Our EMS training is effective, fun and low impact on the skeletal system (joints, tendons and ligaments). We cater to a wide variety of clients and their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Foster a fun, safe, and inclusive culture within our SpeedFit community
• Provide engaging training sessions using the EMS technology in a fast paced environment
• Actively support our clients to provide form correction, and motivation to ensure they are getting a fantastic workout 
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, creating a positive and welcoming environment in the studio.
• Ensure high standards of facility cleanliness and tidiness are maintained
• Address client feedback and concerns, striving to resolve issues promptly with the assistance of the management team.
• Build strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business

Management Upskilling:

• Collaborate with the management team to understand the operations and strategic objectives of our studios. 
• Participate in leadership training and development opportunities provided 
• Shadow and assist current managers in their daily tasks to gain exposure to management responsibilities.
• Take direction from management to assist in specific areas of administration
• Promote and sell the magic of SpeedFit to new members

The successful candidate will have a growth mindset, a passion for fitness, and a strong desire to develop into a leadership role.

• Certificate III or above in fitness (or equivalent)
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Current CPR Certificate
• Availability to work mornings and evenings.
