As our aBusiness Development Representativefor Victoria and Tasmania you will manage an assigned territory to build and develop our market share for the NCR Atleos Retail business. Our Atleos retail team are focuses on selling ATMs and non-card payment products into a variety of customers including pubs, clubs, gaming facilities, petrol, convenience and other retail stores. This role would suit an individual who has a go-getter and results oriented personality who doesn’t let a ‘no’ stop them!
Reporting to the General Manager of Sales in Australia and New Zealand, this role is accountable to expand territory and market share within their allocated regional and metro area (VIC and TAS). The role will be responsible for pipeline creation, sales execution and some management of existing client relationships.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:- Sell, sell, sell!
- Business development including cold calling and/or site visits
- Full Cycle sales role including BD through to Sales Negotiations and closing.
- Develop account and relationship management strategies, in order to gain insider status and to sell to an account
- Gather client insights and relevant information to enable/ensure NCR has the best opportunity to compete
- Develop existing relationships with our merchants
- Reporting on sales pipeline
- Prior experience in sales, customer service (highly desired)
- Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing (preferred)
- Natural go-gettter attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong time management
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail for reporting
To be successful for this role, you must have:
- A valid full time working visa, Permanent Residence or Citizenship
- Be in Australia and able to commence work within a 4 - 6 week period
