This role will develop into having both a hands-on and management component to the position.

The opportunity:
We are seeking a new addition to our tight-knit team. This is a varied role for a Personal Trainer with energy and enthusiasm. This role will cover One on One Personal Training, Semi-Private Personal Training, Group Training Coaching and many peripheral-related tasks in a fast-paced studio gym-based environment.
The successful candidates will be employed in a permanent part-time position as a Personal Trainer/Group Training coach/studio all-rounder.

Here's what you'll be doing as part of one of the fitness industry's most experienced training teams:
- Create and deliver effective, periodised programming for personal, group and performance-based clientele
- Use and develop your expertise & individual training style
- Deliver 1on1, semi-private & group training programs/classes
- Make a difference helping change people's lives through exercise
- Engage and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Embrace our focus on building a strong and vibrant fitness community
- Attend monthly team meetings and team development sessions
The successful applicant will have:
- Certificate IV in Fitness or higher
- Current fitness registration (highly regarded)
- Up-to-date first aid
- Fantastic people and listening skills
- A smile and positive spark and attitude
- Self-motivation & initiative
- Great organisational skills and attention to detail
- Professionalism, reliability and impeccable presentation
- Savvy social media, computer and IT skills
- Confidence in running both personal and group training sessions
- Experience actively working within the fitness industry
- A team player attitude looking to grow within a tight-knit professional environment
This role has ample opportunity to expand for the successful candidate when the right attitude and work ethic is applied.

*External to this key role, opportunities exist for contracting trainers on a casual basis.
