The proven success is due to a high volume of members and foot traffic, full service fitness offerings, and sales systems to drive members to Trainers with intensive support from your in house PT Manager and Club Team who are invested in your success. Every club, and therefore every PT has an in-club PT Mentor/Business Coach/Leader.
The role of a Fitness First Personal Trainer:
- Conducting 1 on 1 Personal Training Sessions
- Performing health consultations & designing personalized programs
- Helping our members achieve their health and fitness dreams.
- Improving our members’ lives!

To start you will require:
- First Aid and CPR
- Cert IV in Fitness
