Casual

· Full training and support + free Fernwood membership

· Proven experience and success as a Personal Trainer.

· Minimum Certificate IV in Fitness.

· Current Senior First Aid certificate.

· Membership with National/State Fitness Association.

· Exceptional interpersonal skills, solid instructing skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships

· Minimum 12 months proven experience with face-to-face sales.

· Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships quickly.

· Can drive enquiries in the local area and convert leads to meet targets.

· Dynamic and creative sales skills; able to identify sales and marketing opportunities.

About the role

As our Membership Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving results, encouraging sales, nurturing leads and ensuring a strong team environment where the club and its members thrive.

About you

· You're a woman with a hands-on, positive, can-do attitude.

· Available to work a variety of shifts, Mornings and Evenings

We are looking for motivated Personal Trainers that are passionate about instructing, have great communication skills and love working in a fun and supportive team environment. We pride ourselves on innovative programs and the development of our Fitness team. As a Personal Trainer with Fernwood  you'll have an extensive range of free and machine weights at your disposal, a Cardio, Functional Training Area and more.
