Based in Bayswater this diverse and interesting role requires a "can do" person with the ability to think quickly on your feet as you juggle competing priorities.
About the role
Your primary role will be to take ink paw prints, clay paw prints, fur clippings from deceased pets and to prepare pets for viewings and cremations.
You will need to be able to handle deceased pets and to lift and carry pets with the care and respect they deserve. The role is very physical and you will be standing on your feet most of the day to complete your daily tasks.
The successful applicant will:
- Comfortable handling deceased pets
- Physically fit and strong, for manual handling duties
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Reliable, trustworthy and takes pride in their work
- Think on your feet with changing circumstances and balance demands on your time, in a calm and professional manner.
- Have strong computer skills
- Be a naturally organized and a neat and tidy worker
