Front Desk / Cafe Assistant

Shoalhaven Zoo attraction is looking for an energetic, mature minded casual to join our Front Desk & Café Team.

As this is a casual position, the hours may change each week however it will include weekday, weekend & school holiday shifts.

The applicant must have superior customer service skills, be well presented and have the ability to work well with others of all ages. They must also be reliable & trustworthy, be good at multi-tasking and have basic level of computer skills.

The following attributes are desirable;

·         Previous experience in a similar role with exposure to F& B, sales, retail & ticketing.

·         Exceptional Customer Service skills and a can-do team orientated attitude

·         Attention to detail

·         Ability to work under pressure & work with a small functional team

·         Strong organizational skills

·         Excellent communication skills including written and verbal

·         A passion for Hospitality and Tourism
