The Role:

You are closely aligned with the Quality of Care Principles and can support, educate, and mentor the rest of the team.

Your excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills will be critical to your success in this leadership role and you will be passionate about staff support, education, and mentoring

This position will is a permanent part-time position working at our Kinross Community Care - Beach House offering 26hrs per fortnight.

Week One;

Monday 0830-1430

Tuesday 0830-1330

Friday 0830-1430

Week Two: 

Monday 0830-1330

Tuesday 0830-1330

Key Responsibilities: 

• Vacuums, sweeps, dusts and mops all designated areas.
• Maintains appropriate resident interactions in line with the organisational values.
• Considers resident lifestyles and personal choice.
• Responds to emergency cleaning requirements as directed 
• Maintains effective interpersonal relationships with others.
• Utilising appropriate channels for assistance guidance and concerns.

Essential Criteria:

• Proven organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, as required.
• Demonstrated good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills M Passion for food preparation.
• Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity)
• Successful completion of pre-employment form and reference checks
