Our client is seeking a full-time, motivated, and customer-centered pharmacist to join their team across their two established pharmacies in Creswick and Clunes.
Pharmacy Opening Hours:
Monday - Friday: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm. Saturday: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Rostered shifts are negotiable and our client is willing to be flexible and collaborate with a quality applicant, dedicated to customer care!
Ideally, you will have availability every second Saturday.

The Pharmacy

Creswick is located just 18 minutes away from Ballarat in regional Western Victoria, while Clunes is a short 28-minute drive from Ballarat.
Ballarat, in turn, is conveniently situated only 1.5 hours away from Melbourne.
Responsibilities
You will play a crucial role in supporting the Pharmacy team and your customers.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with customer service queries
- Replenishing stock and maintaining inventory levels
- Provide primary healthcare advice and support to customers and team members
- Ensuring precise and timely dispensing of prescriptions
- Provision of government, pharma and patient funded health services
Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- A very high level of attention to detail with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively build and maintain customer relationships, operating in a professional, reliable and motivated manner.
- Demonstrated initiative with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, allowing you to thrive in this fast-paced work environment.
We are seeking a proactive individual with the following skills and experience:
- General registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
- A recognised undergraduate pharmacy degree or equivalent.
- Community pharmacy experience preferred, but not required.
- Competent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office, safe script, and project stop will be highly regarded.
- Reliable and able to lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including Saturdays.
- Current vaccination accreditation highly regarded.
