Pharmacist

Better Leaf, a leading medical cannabis dispensary, Dynamic, fun team located in Brunswick, Victoria, is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Pharmacist to join our team.  The ideal candidate should have a passion for helping patients, exceptional customer service skills, and an interest in the medical cannabis industry.

Responsibilities:

• Educate patients about medical cannabis products, including their uses, effects, and potential risks.
• Process prescription fulfilment in accordance with regulations and guidelines.
• Manage inventory, including product ordering and stock maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of prescription filing and dispensing in our software systems, including Z-Dispense and Strong Room.
• Provide consultations to patients and healthcare professionals regarding medical cannabis products.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures for the dispensary.

Requirements:

• Must be an AHPRA registered pharmacist.
• Experience in a dispensary setting is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in using Z dispensary software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Knowledge of medical cannabis regulations and guidelines is a plus.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
