As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be part of a dynamic team providing essential clinical ward services and regional pharmacy services to the wider community. Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in consultant ward rounds
- Patient counselling and medical reconciliation
- Inpatient and outpatient rotations
- Preparation of aseptic and chemotherapy products
You will also benefit from extensive professional development opportunities, both internally and externally.
- General registration with AHPRA
- Previous Australian hospital setting experience preferred
- Familiarity with National Standards Accreditation requirements
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Newly registered pharmacists are encouraged to apply
