SalaryWe are seeking a full time pharmacist to join our medium sized community pharmacy in Castlemaine, Victoria (1 hour north of Melbourne, 25 minutes south of Bendigo). Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturdays 9am to 12.30pm (hours of work/days negotiable for the right candidate)
You will be working with 3-4 pharmacists each day (including the owners) along with the help of experienced dispense techs and pharmacy assistants. Customer service is our focus at McKenzie Davey Pharmacy; we are staffed so that all our customers get the time and attention they need - you will not be stuck in the dispensary just churning out scripts.
Your responsibilities will include the dispensing and checking of prescription items, providing advice and counselling on prescription and OTC products, checking Webster Packs and pharmacotherapy dispensing.
The pharmacy uses FRED dispense, FRED POS, methDA, DD Book and WebsterCare.
The successful applicant will have strong communcation skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team.
Current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist is required
