Pharmacist
Territory Pharmacy Services are seeking passionate, enthusiastic and customer-focused Pharmacists to join our pharmacy team in Darwin.
Short fixed and permanent long-term positions are available.
As part of the pharmacy team and in collaboration with other health professionals, you will provide a clinical pharmacy service, including the supply of medicines to urban, rural and remote sites.
These positions involve dispensing, counselling and the provision of dose administration aids to clients of the health service. The pharmacist also acts as a consultant to medical, nursing and allied health staff.

Some roles and responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
- Counsel customers on their medical conditions and medications, both prescription and OTC, with the most up to date, evidence-based information
- Execute health services to the highest professional standard
- Build and maintain relationships with local health professionals
- Supervise, direct and coach pharmacy assistants and intern pharmacist
- Pharmaprograms and 7CPA claiming
- Implement and follow QCPP policy and procedure to the highest standard
Requirements:
- Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Registration essential
- A sensitive and culturally safe ability to interact with Aboriginal people
- An ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary health care team
- Exceptional communication skills with customers and colleagues
