An exciting opportunity is now available for a Chef De Partie / Sous Chef andCooks at the Tower & Albion Hotels in Kalgoorlie, and also at one of our 3 venues in perth , which are all a part of Golden Hotels Pty LtdReporting directly to the hotels Head Chefs, these hands-on roles are responsible for assisting in the smooth and successful operations of the hotels kitchens that services the restaurants, bars & functions and events hosted.
Maintaining a safe and hygienic working environment,
Liaising with the head chef regarding customers and general service of kitchen operations,
Ability to cook a broad range of food items,
A formal qualification in commercial cookery and experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen,
A thorough understanding of Food Safety principles and Workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures,
Highly effective verbal communication skills,
Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
Skills Required at least 3 years work experience in a similar position and environmentStaff accommodation is in your package during your employment ( regional based )
