A place of opportunity! We are looking for a Pharmacist – Advanced (Palliative Care) who is flexible in their thinking and courageous in their actions. A person with compassion and empathy, who understands that attitudes are contagious.
As a Pharmacist – Advanced (Palliative Care), you will provide specialised clinical and consultancy services within the Palliative Care ward of Logan and Beaudesert Hospitals (LBH). The position delivers advanced level clinical pharmacy expertise and leadership to the Palliative Care services to stakeholders/consumers within Logan and Beaudesert Hospitals Pharmacy Services to achieve excellence in patient care, education and research.
