About the role
- To provide an efficient and patient-centred clinical pharmacy service to patients accessing the Discharge Transit Centre that is aligned to organisational goals, professional standards and legislative requirements.
- Support the delivery of operational pharmacy functions including dispensing, distribution and procurement of medicines.

- Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia. Certified copies of the required information must be provided to the appropriate supervisor/ manager, prior to the commencement of clinical duties.
