What you'll be doing
- Responsible to the Pharmacy Clinical Leads for the provision of specialist clinical pharmacy services to the Critical Care Units at Westmead Hospital and ensure the safe, appropriate and cost–effective use of medicines.

Essential Requirements
- Qualification: Pharmacy qualifications conferred by Tertiary Education Institutions e.g. Bachelor of Pharmacy. Must satisfy Grade 2 classification as per Health Employees Pharmacists (State) Award.
- Registration: Full and unrestricted Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills both written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience in clinical pharmacy practice in Critical Care or high dependency units
- Demonstrated excellent therapeutic knowledge and ability to exercise a high level of initiative in the application of pharmaceutical principles to clinical practice.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work and manage time to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to effect practice change
- Willing to work on weekends, on-call as per departmental rosters
