Redirect Recycling, a Borg Company, conducts waste management from collection and transport to treatment of materials from single sources, with the aim to produce new products from resources back into all different marketplaces. Redirect Recycling’s mission is to encourage effective and efficient waste management at the source, making resource recovery the key driver in sustainable businesses we serve.
Redirect Recycling offers efficient and complete single source wood recovery management, creating an industrial ecology which ‘digests’ the waste and returns valuable resources back into the economy via sustainable product life cycle in the construction and manufacturing industry, closing the loop on raw and engineered wood products.
Redirect Recycling is in an exciting phase of growth within our Waste Management division. We are seeking to appoint a pro-active and enthusiastic person to provide Weighbridge Operations and administration at our busy office in Ingleburn. The role will initial be based at Ingleburn for 8-12 months then move to our St Marys depot.
This is a Full Time Position and requires a bright and energetic person who displays a “can-do” attitude, takes pride in their work and who can work on a number of different tasks at any one time.

In essence you will manage our site office environment, from:
- Meeting and greeting visitors to our site office
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls
- Providing relevant information to vendors, suppliers and customers
- Receiving, sorting and distributing deliveries from couriers, mail and fax
- Weighbridge operations
- Monitoring office equipment usage and coordinating any required maintenance
- Coordination of office consumables
- General housekeeping
- Assistance to site Managers
To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous experience working in recycling or weighbridge environment
- Excellent Customer Service
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Comfortable handling POS & account management
- Intermediate computer skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Phone handling
This role is the perfect opportunity for someone who is highly experienced and thrives on never experiencing the same day twice. The salary for this position will be negotiated with the successful applicant according to skills and experience and also to account for these additional hours.
