We are looking for a Full-time Pharmacist to join our team!
You will be working alongside a wonderful team of motivated and highly experienced pharmacists and pharmacy assistants in our fast-paced environment.
We expect you to be a confident communicator, to show compassion to your patients, and to be passionate about your work environment. Additionally, you should have the ability to think on your feet in this dynamic, fast-paced job – while being supported by other experienced pharmacists who will be working with you if needed.
Our pharmacy provides medication services to a small nursing facility, a government-run facility and we also provide a myriad of professional pharmacy services to ensure your days are never the same.
About the role:
- Lead and educate the team instore, whilst providing exceptional customer service
- Ensure conformance to relevant legislation requirements
- Flexible rostered hours include some night and weekend work
- Dispense, and supervise the dispensing of, prescriptions using FRED dispense
- Assist with customer service queries
- Process dispensary orders and assist in maintaining dispensary inventory
- Oversee activities in the dispensary and front of shop to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy
- Lead and educate the team instore, whilst providing exceptional customer service
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dispensary.
- Current APHRA Registered as an Australian Pharmacist.
- Newly registered Pharmacists welcome to apply.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite of software
- Strong communication skills and effective relationship building skills.
- High levels of integrity and honesty with commitment to expectation levels of customer service and support.
- Current First Aid and Vaccination Qualifications.
