Our client, a prominent pharmacy, offers unique full-time opportunities in both Community and Aged Care departments. In the Community division, you'll serve as the Second Pharmacist, ensuring seamless processing of scripts daily. The Aged Care team, consisting of 3 Pharmacists, focuses on verifying med charts and upholding top-notch care for residents.

Role Description:

• Second Pharmacist role in Community, dispensing and participating in Clinical Pharmacy Outreach Programs (CPOP).
• In Aged Care, verify med charts and ensure medication safety for residents.
• Utilize Fred Dispense and Fred Office for streamlined operations.

Requirements:

• Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
