AHP Medical is currently partnering with a medication management company dedicated to providing comprehensive support for people taking prescription medication. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking Pharmacists interested in providing practical advice for doctors, patients, and insurers to mitigating the risks associated with medication dependence, addiction, overdose, and reduce claim expenditure.
The Role:
This is a permanent full-time position based out of the Gold Coast Office.
As an experienced Pharmacist, you will be working with individuals on their road to recovery you will conduction medication reviews and work closely with the treating doctors you will create alternative strategies for individuals taking prescription medication. The role will be supported by pharmacy assistants in preparing reports. In this role, you will have a big impact on people on their road to recovery by minimising the reliance on medication, secondary injury and end to end medication program.
Selection Criteria
- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
- Minimum 1-3 year's experience in a hospital or community pharmacy setting
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia
