About the Role You will be a member of the pharmacy team responsible for providing comprehensive high quality medicine management to patients in different areas of the hospital.
Provide high-level clinical pharmacy service
Obtains and documents full and accurate best possible medication histories
Safely dispenses medications in a timely manner
Aseptic dispensing including cytotoxic manufacturing
Patient counselling and liaising with other health professionals
Classifications for this position will range from SW5 - SW10 ($66,908.40 - $89,986.00 per annum, pro-rata for part time) based on experience .
Your Contribution
Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with AHPRA pharmacist registration
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent team player
Current National criminal history check, or willing to obtain
Hospital pharmacy experience preferred (not essential)
