About the role
The purpose of this position is to provide pharmacy services and be responsible for the coordination, supervision and further development of clinical pharmacy services for Drug Health Services (DHS) across the Sydney Local Health District (SLHD).
We are looking for someone who has…
- Current registered as a pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and able to practice independently.
- Previous experience working with patients with drug dependencies and or mental health conditions.
- High level oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of hospital staff and patients.
