Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated understanding and commitment to the principles of Palliative Care.
- Experience in Palliative Care/oncology or related field.
- Post graduate qualifications in Palliative Care/oncology or related field, or working towards same.
- Commitment to ongoing education and upgrading of professional skills and competencies.
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills, including an understanding of therapeutic communication principals.
- Working towards participation in the After HoursPalliative Care Telephone Support Service.
