The Role
Culture is a key part of the Wizard Brand, we aim to inspire a culture of success, and as a Pharmacist In Charge at Wizard, you will be responsible for leading the team day to day to deliver high standards of clinical service and experience, effective dispensary management as well as delivery and growth of professional services.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Delivery and growth of all traditional and complimentary health services
- Effective delivery of all services and consultations with a Patient Centric Focus.
- Effective dispensary co-ordination and management
- Assist in mentoring and developing the whole pharmacy team.
- Support a positive culture and workplace environment.
- Deliver a consistent excellence level patient and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal workplace and pharmacy related legislation and guidelines.
- Manage and exceed all QCPP requirements
- Deliver on key financial and performance indicators of the pharmacy business in collaboration with others in the management team
Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent)
- Current General Registration as a pharmacist (without conditions or undertakings) with AHPRA, is required
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Dispensary management experience with a high attention to detail
- Proven ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Goal Orientated
- Possess strong work ethic and high level of professionalism
- You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this job
- You must supply an Immunisation Certificate that declares you have been vaccinated for COVID-19, or a valid exemption notice accepted by your State Government, prior to commencing employment.
