Pharmacist In Charge

We are looking for a motivated and driven Pharmacist to take the next step in their career and join our team at Amcal Mt Isa as the Pharmacist In Charge. The Team is extremely experienced and are creating a strong Team first culture within the Pharmacy, which will continue to develop with a great PIC to join the Team. 

The Role & Responsibilities:

• In this role you will be the PIC and will lead a team in store
• Deliver our retail and health-care vision to our valued customers 
• Drive outstanding customer service, providing counselling to clients on their use of medications, natural remedies, over the counter products and other related services as necessary.
• Rotating weekends

Benefits & Culture:

• $60 per hour + super / $156,000 + super annually, 45 hours per week.
• Sign on bonus $2,500
• 12 month bonus $5,000

• Meds check bonus - $20/meds check x 20 limit (ongoing)
• Vaccines - $1.50 per vaccine. (ongoing)

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA (essential) 
• Have had previous Retail and Health Pharmacy experience
• Vaccination accreditation desirable, however not mandatory
• Be a charismatic leader with strong interpersonal skills
• Be passionate about delivering exemplary patient care, professional health services, and customer care 
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience 
• Have a results driven focus to achieve clear KPIs
