Pharmacist Manager

About the Role:This is a role that provides purpose - improving the health of our community. This pharmacy prides itself on a friendly and supportive team culture. As a Pharmacist Manager, your role involves delivering our retail and health-care vision to our valued customers. You will be involved in managing a dedicated pharmacy team and help oversee the total business operations (front of shop retail and dispensary areas). You will provide outstanding patient counselling and webster packing and ordering and will be supported by the Retail Manager and fantastic team.

About our Ideal Candidate:

* Experience working in a community Pharmacy
* Demonstrated staff management and leadership experience
* Passion about delivering exemplary patient care and forward dispensing
* Experience in Z Dispense / POS (desirable)
* Demonstrated experiencing achieving KPIs and targets
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* A positive ‘can do’ attitude

About the Location:This town situated on the shores of one of the Riverland's most scenic lakes is often described as The Jewel of the Riverland and prides itself on its beauty and its produce. 220km north-east Adelaide.

The Offer:Competitive hourly rate of $65/hr + super on offer for the right candidate. Accommodation and relocation assistance is negotiable and retention bonus also on offer.
