In this leading role, not only will you be required to ensure that all that all merchandising, promotional and retail activity are maintained to TerryWhite Chemmart standards, but you will also take an active role in managing team performance, monitoring wage costs, onboarding and training new team members, managing rosters and assisting our Pharmacist in dispense. You will have a passion for retail, a strong eye for merchandising and precise attention to detail. To help motivate your team to success you will ideally have previous experience leading and contributing to a dynamic team.

We are about to renovate to a bright and sleek new pharmacy including a robotic dispensary system, compounding lab and a brand-new store fit out. We are looking for talented and passionate pharmacists to join us on our journey. Guidance, mentorship and career development are also perks on offer.
As a Pharmacist at TerryWhite Chemmart, you will play an important role in facilitating exceptional healthcare and service to our valued customers by ensuring that they are provided with the right medication and the best possible advice at every visit. Your knowledge and efficient dispensing skills will enable you to prepare prescriptions accurately and within the highest of healthcare standards. With customer service and patient interactive dispensing an important part of our service, as a Pharmacist at TerryWhite Chemmart, you will actively step in front of the counter to counsel patients and develop strong customer connections.
To be considered for this role you must hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) and hold a current General Registration as a pharmacist (without conditions or undertakings) with AHPRA. In addition to this, it would be highly regarded if you were vaccination accredited. Our ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and a clear and effective communication style. Your genuine passion and motivation for community pharmacy will shine in every customer interaction! Both new graduates and experienced pharmacists are welcome to apply.
