About Us: MUFG Pension & Market Services is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to manage the administration of Employee Share Plans for a diverse portfolio of clients. In this role, you will support our Equity Plan Solutions (EPS) Client Relationship Managers and contribute to our team's success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client & Employee Satisfaction: Understand and meet client/employee expectations in managing Share Plans.
- Vision Alignment: Represent and uphold the vision and objectives of Equity Plan Solutions.
- Risk Management: Work with EPS leadership to identify risks and implement controls.
- Expert Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of clients' Employee Share Plans.
- Team Development: Foster expertise within the team on:
- Transactional processes and procedures.
- Client-plan level variations and associated risks.
- Delivery within client service level agreements.
- Quality control measures for Share Plan administration.
- Record-keeping for administration and processing.
- Account Reconciliation: Ensure accurate and timely account reconciliation.
- Efficiency & Quality: Meet efficiency and quality assurance targets (Enlighten).
- Project Management: Coordinate incidental project requirements, including:
- System or procedural improvements.
- Client-initiated tasks outside of daily operations.
- Periodic regulatory projects (e.g., ATO reporting).
- User acceptance testing.
- Documentation: Prepare documents, correspondence, statements, and client reports.
- Operational Improvement: Proactively recommend improvements for operational efficiency, system enhancements, revenue opportunities, and risk reduction.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute positively as a team member to the ongoing success of the EPS business.

- Desirable Experience: Experience within share registry is highly desirable, though not essential.
