Never a problem to get your breaks as there is an involved owner who provides all your cover.Job SpecificationAs the Pharmacist Manager, you'll steer this experienced pharmacy team through the daily operations, including vaccinations, dispensing, counselling, and much more. This role alternates between working solo and with another pharmacist, supported by a part-time pharmacist, experienced dispensary technicians, and a comprehensive retail team.

• Flexible Rostering: Options ranging from Tuesday to Saturday (half-day) weekly, or an extended weekend every fortnight with Wk 1 being Monday to Thursday and Wk 2 being Monday to Thursday and 1/2 day Saturday.

Skills Required

• Passion for leading and motivating a pharmacy team
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Experience in dispensary operations and customer service
• Current registration as a Pharmacist in Australia
