Thrive Pharmacies is a small but growing group of 10 Brisbane-based Pharmacies, owned by young, motivated and passionate Pharmacists. We are passionate about delivering a world-class pharmacy experience to our customers which includes ‘wow’ customer service, and meticulous retail/pharmacy operations. We are looking for motivated pharmacists to join our team on our Managing Partner pathway. You will join other pharmacists already on the pathway, and will serve a qualifying period before being offered a partnership at one of our Pharmacies.

Ideal Characteristics for the role:

- Strong Management and Leadership skills are a plus, or the motivation to learn them!

- Ideally 2 years’ experience as a Pharmacist. Pharmacist in Charge or Manager Experience is not necessarily needed

What will the role involve:
- Full time
- Manage and oversee the operation of a pharmacy. You will be responsible for their entire operation including ensuring the pharmacies are operating according to our strategy, processes and standards, plus the financial and KPI results of the pharmacies. We will train and support you to enable you to do this.
- Being the main pharmacist in the store, setting the standard for the rest of the team and leading the team day-to-day
- Manage, support and oversee the team in-store including giving feedback, direction etc
- Personnel planning and execution. Including Overseeing and doing rosters according to budgets.
- A qualifying period agreed in advance to prove ownership credentials.
