About Us:

Claims Pharmacy is a leading medication management company dedicated to providing comprehensive support and management for individuals taking prescription medication. Our mission is to ensure the well-being of our clients by mitigating the risks associated with medication dependence, addiction, and overdose. We are currently seeking motivated Pharmacists to join our team as Contract Pharmacists, specializing in writing Medication Assessment reports for our insurance partners.

Position Overview:

As a Contract Pharmacist with Claims Pharmacy, you will play a critical role in supporting our Insurance partners by conducting comprehensive Medication Assessments for injured individuals. Your expertise will contribute to highlighting any potential risks associated with an injured person's medication, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities:

Medication Assessments: Conduct thorough Medication Assessments for injured individuals, reviewing prescribed medications, and identifying any potential risks or contraindications.

Client Assessment and Planning: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create personalized medication management plans.

Collaboration: Work closely with doctors to understand specific case details and provide expert insights into medication-related risks.

Report Writing & Communication: Generate clear and concise Medication Assessment reports, outlining identified risks and providing recommendations for mitigation. Effectively communicate your findings to all relevant stakeholders.

Stay Informed: Keep abreast of current pharmaceutical developments, research, and best practices to enhance the quality of Medication Assessment reports.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Pharmacy and currently registered with APHRA.
• 2yrs+ general registration experience
• Registered ABN Number – (This is a contract role).
• Experience performing Home Medication Reviews (HMRs) is advantageous.
