Your opportunity:

• This position is responsible for providing clinical pharmacy support to the Better Cardiac Care Team, Integrated Care Services at Bundaberg or Hervey Bay Hospital. The role requires a high-level of clinical pharmacy knowledge, skills, and experience in the area of Cardiology. This position has components of research and education to multidisciplinary teams. The applicant must have the ability to work independently and to identify, develop, implement and maintain medication safety systems within their work area. This role will involve provision of pharmacy services on and off site, for both inpatient and outpatient care.

Temporary Part Time (38 hours p.f.) from date of appointment for 9 months

Prior to being made an offer of employment, you will be required to demonstrate immunity to the following Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD): Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (chicken pox) and Pertussis (whooping cough).

Our offer:

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $76,388 p.a., comprising salary rates between $62.76 - $67.53 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Temporary Part Time, 38 hours p.f., from date of appointment for 9 months).
