The Role
Are you an experienced pharmacist or clinical pharmacist? Do you want to make a difference to the lives of patients in the beautiful East Grampians, Victoria? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
Our hospital is currently seeking Pharmacists of all levels to join their dynamic team. As a Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients with complex medical needs. You will be responsible for ensuring that all medications are prescribed, dispensed and administered safely and effectively, while also providing education and support to patients and their families.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a registered pharmacist, having previously worked in a hospital would be a bonus but is NOT essential. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for providing patient-centered care
You will have:-

• Full AHPRA registration with no restrictions to scope of practice.
• At least 3 years of prior experience as a clinical hospital pharmacist.
• Thorough understanding of relevant legal requirements, accreditation standards and guidelines.
• Excellent time management, organisational, computer (iPharmacy dispensing software), interpersonal and communication skills, self-directed management and prioritisation with little to no direct clinical pharmacy supervision.
• Police check and WWCC.
• Current drivers licence.
