AddressWe are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Pharmacy Administration Assistant. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of our pharmacy operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Process and maintain accurate patient profiles and prescription records.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to facilitate prescription processing and billing.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking pharmaceutical supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Manage the range review and promotional planning processes for your category in conjunction with supply partners.
- Oversees the budgets and performance of the category, ensuring the category P&L is met.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and pharmacy management software, P&C, FMCG or similar.
- Ability to prioritise competing task and prioritize workload effectively.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy operations is desirable but not required.
