AddressWe are looking for a junior with a minimum 6 months previous retail experience. Previous pharmacy experience an advantage but not essential. Certificate 2 or 3 in Pharmacy is preferable.
About the position
You must enjoy working with customers and have an enthusiastic personality and willingness to learn. This position mainly involves serving and helping customers. You will also be required to maintain display and stock in the pharmacy, offer advice and recommend products as well as being responsible for certain tasks.
Duties:
- Provide service and complete sales at the front of shop;
- Assist with prescription procedures;
- Provide non-therapeutic advice and recommendations;
- Work with the team to assist in the delivery of pharmacy services;
- Manage expectations of our valuable customers.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous retail and customer service experience;
- S2/S3 certificate is beneficial;
- Eftpos, point of sale and cash handling experience essential;
- Strong communication and customer service skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and autonomously.
