We are looking for a motivated and energetic Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Mundubbera. Prior Pharmacy experience is desirable, however if you have a background in retail and are willing to develop a new skill set within the Pharmacy industry, we would love to hear from you!
The Team is extremely experienced and have a strong Team first culture within the Pharmacy, with a passion for delivering the best experience for our customers each and every time.
Qualifications & experience
- Experience working in a Pharmacy or Retail environment preferred.
- Reliable, punctual and a positive can do attitude.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, each and every time.
- Ability to build on existing relationships and creating new customer relationships.
- An interest in regularly learning, developing and upskilling your personal skills set.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Base hours set at 15-20 hours per week, with the opportunity to work additional hours based on roster gaps and fluctuations in trading patterns.
- Working alongside the Team, delivering outstanding customer service to assist in the delivery of Pharmacy services.
- Cash handling and POS processing.
- Organising and maintaining the cleanliness of the Pharmacy.
- Replenishing of stock and maintenance of inventory levels.
- Closely follow Pharmacy policies and procedures.
- General Pharmacy duties and customer service as required.
