AddressWe are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Pharmacy Administration Assistant. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of our pharmacy operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Responsibilities: Assist in managing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Process and maintain accurate patient profiles and prescription records. Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to facilitate prescription processing and billing. Assist in inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking pharmaceutical supplies.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Manage the range review and promotional planning processes for your category in conjunction with supply partners.
Oversees the budgets and performance of the category, ensuring the category P&L is met. Requirements: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and pharmacy management software, P&C, FMCG or similar. Ability to prioritise competing task and prioritize workload effectively.
