AddressPharmacy Assistant / Technician
Newtown Discount Drug Store is looking for an experienced Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. The successful applicant will be friendly and enthusiastic with exceptional customer service. The main duties will be serving customers with prescriptions and scheduled medications. They will also be responsible for various sections in the front shop (stock ordering and stock control) as well as general pharmacy duties.
The successful applicant must possess the following:
* Knowledge of pharmacy products and services
* Experience with cash registers and EFTPOS
* An enthusiastic and reliable work ethic
* A friendly disposition with exceptional customer service skills
* The ability to follow directions and work well with other staff members
* Certificate II in Community Pharmacy (preferred but not essential)
* Current S2/S3 certificate (preferred but not essential)
*Opportunity to progress to technician role
