Position Available: Pharmacy Assistants (Casual & Full-time)

The Role:
As a Pharmacy Assistant at Starchem, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellence in customer service
- Maintaining a strong knowledge of our products
- Confidently recommending over-the-counter products and pharmacy services
- Assisting with stock ordering, replenishment, and ticketing
- Setting up displays for promotions
- Assisting in the dispensary with scripts in and out
- Maintaining a professional and presentable appearance of the pharmacy
Key Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Prior experience in retail pharmacy (desirable)
- Up-to-date S2 and S3 training will be highly regarded
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for exceeding customer expectations
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
- Must have Australian work rights
