The ideal candidate would:

-Have retail experience.

-Pharmacy specific experience highly regarded

-'Priceline Pharmacy' specific experience is especially highly regarded

-Proven record of reliability and strong work ethic

-Maintain the highest level of customer service and have a positive attitude.

-Have excellent time management, continuously organising priorities and demands.

-Be an active listener, showing care and empathy. 

-Project a positive, friendly, enthusiastic manner to both fellow team members and customers alike.

Extra valued attributes for the Pharmacy Assistant role:

-Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills

-Experience in Beauty, Skincare and/or Colour Cosmetics is desirable.

-Motivated to improve sales

-Creative merchandiser

-Problem solving mindset, for customer solutions as well as ever improving store efficiencies.

-Drive to contribute to, and create content for, our store social media.

Extra valued attributes for the Loss Prevention Officer role:

-Warm welcoming approach to greet customers at the store entrance. After all this is predominantly a customer service role, not simply a security guard.

-A very confident personality with no hesitation to ask potential theives to check their bag, or to ask them to leave due to poor behaviour.

-Work well as part of a team, with a clear and concise communication style.  Aware of body language and ability to modify communication styles as appropriate.

-Considered and judicious approach, being aware of cultural and other sensitivities.
