About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Stock Controller/ Experience Pharmacy Assistant to join our growing Rosebery Pharmacy to contribute to the ongoing success of our business. As well as achieving our vision to be Australia’s most recognised and respected pharmacy brand.
Work with an experienced pharmacy team, whilst being responsible for all aspects of stock management for your store.
Full-time position available with a Monday - Friday roster.
Duties:
- Assist customer with general pharmacy enquiries;
- Management of all inventory control responsibilities for your store – ensuring to maintain an accurate stock database;
- Identifying discrepancies and conducting investigations as required;
- Data entry - processing invoices;
- Liaise with sales and supplier representatives;
- Implement promotions and catalogues in store;
- Provide outstanding customer service in the Front of Shop and on the Back Counter.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience as a Stock Controller within a pharmacy is highly regarded;
- Current s2/s3 certificate required;
- Certificate III or above in Community Pharmacy highly regarded;
- Previous experience utilising POS software to generate reports;
- Ability to implement planograms and follow a structured marketing plan with high attention to detail;
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
